When I was a neocath I loved Pat Buchanan's books because I really felt that this country could be reconciled with "traditional christian values" and that state constitutions should ratify things like school prayer and abortion. I was very patriotic in the sense that I looked up to men like George Washington and some of the founders. I even dreamed of going to battle for this nation.
Now that I am a traditionalist catholic, my whole perspective has changed. To be honest I don't feel one ounce of patriotism for this masonic place. The big elephant in the room that nobody ever taught me growing up is that THIS COUNTRY WAS INITIALLY FOUNDED BY FREEMASONS WHO HATED CATHOLICS AND DID EVERYTHING IN THEIR POWER TO MAKE SURE THE USA DID NOT RESEMBLE A MONARCHY. That is why we have a seperation of church and state (masonic ideal), that is why we have a republic instead of a monarchy (masonic ideal), and that is why we have a self love of democracy (masonic ideal).
To be perfectly honest, if I lived in the colonies during the Revolutionary War I would have fought on the Brittish side out of defense for the monarchy. Does that make me a traitor? What is happening to me?
Now on the other hand if this country had catholicism as the state religion like Ireland under De Valera or Spain under Franco I would willingly give my life to it, because it would be a nation dedicated to God. But to ask me to have patriotism for a country founded in anti-catholic satanic masonry? That I cannot do. (By the way I find it interesting that catholic nations like Spain, Ireland, Switzerland were
America and traditional catholicism do not mix- a true traditional catholic is required to be essentially lukewarm regarding his own government system in the hopes of a traditional monarchy/dictatorship/republic.
I do not understand how any traditional catholic would encourage their son to join the military and die for a country that was founded by freemasons.
