  • The Problems that Europe is having today, mainly the loss of Faith and the cultural conflict between Western Society and Islam is not unlike a situation that happened in Mexico many centuries ago.  Before Juan Diego had his apparition the Aztecs and the Spanish were about to go to war, very similar to Europe and Islam today.  The Bishop had asked Our Lady to bring peace as the people were not assimilating, the same way the Islamic population is not assimilating today.  The Bishop was concerned about the very few converts to Catholicism, the same way that the Magisterium is concerned about the dwindling of Faith in Europe.  Those who know the story know very well that Juan Diego was one of the few converts and was an Aztec.  The events that transpired ended up converting the entire Aztec population, ended a rising cινιℓ ωαr, and merged the cultures of two nations to form a Mexican Identity.  It seems that only the Heavenly Mother can adequately provide for the future of Europe, as she did in the past for the Mexican people.  I see much reason to hope.....

  • The ship of Andrea Doria had a reproduction of Our Lady of Guadalupe for the battle of Lepanto.
