    In these last times in which we live, the Blessed Virgin gave a new efficacy to the prayer of the Holy Rosary; so that there is no problem, however difficult, temporary or above all spiritual, in personal or family life, or in the life of peoples and nations, which can not be resolved through the Rosary. With the holy Rosary we will save ourselves, comfort our Lord and obtain the salvation of many souls.

    It's really great that Our Lady gave this teaching to Sister Lucia of the Immaculate Conception.

    Anyone just looking at the prayers themselves could never come to such a concept directly. 
    .
    Even by adding the 15 Mysteries meditations (or go ahead and throw in the 5 newfangled ones if you want, whatever), it doesn't necessarily follow.

    Go ahead and include all the numerous accolades and indulgences over the centuries, still it does not add up to what Our Lady told Sr. Lucia.
