    It is not simply a matter of people criticizing and complaining about Pope Francis.  There are people who cannot understand how someone who does and says the things that he has could be the pope.  Rather than clearly guiding and teaching the Church, Pope Francis has created confusion, discouragement, and doubt.  He bears some responsibility for the situation.

    Cardinal Gibbens replied, "When I had my audience with his holiness, he called me Jibbens."
