  • Seeing the mass murders of the eastern orthodox in the Middle East and the Communist Nations in the 20th and 21st Centuries. How do you think God will treat those outside of his church, who have so willingly died for him? Especially when they may be laboring under Invincible Ignorance, or in a state of objective grace from valid sacraments. I want to be able to adhere to the Orthodox Catholic notion of Extra Ecclesiam nulla salus with all my heart, but this has always bothered me. Thoughts?

  • SerpentKeeper,

If you are not pictured in the dictionary under the definition for "troll", I'll be very much surprised.  I see a couple of these where your original post consists of rolling a jar of gasoline into the campfire, and standing by to "innocently" watch the results.

  • Pope Francis has been talking about the ecunemism of blood. That is where Chiristians who are not Catholics have died for the Faith. Many times the athiess, Pagans, Islamicists don't just ask, "Are you a Traditionalist Catholic?" they ask, "Are you a Christian?" and they kill based on the answer to that question.

  • How can they die for the faith if they don't have it?

  • There is no such teaching of the Church that their are non-catholic martyrs.
All teachings from Vatican 2 and 1959 have to be ignored. Because they
are heretical teachings. And will be disposed of when the Church recovers.
Those that die outside the True Catholic Religion are to be presumed lost.
No matter how good their lives were. They just suffer less in hell because
of their ignorance. Only God really knows.
