  • St. Stanislaus Church

This is an article about a group of NO Catholics who successfully defended their parish church from being taken from them by their "Bishop" and are now considered "independent".

Although not traditional, they are an example of how perseverance pays off when it comes to fending off the NO.

  • Aren't the parishioners there schismatics associated with the Polish National Catholic Church?

  • I don't know, their website doesn't say anything about the Polish National Church.  All I know is that the Bishop(s) of St. Louis had for years tried to sell the church to pay for the crimes committed by priests, the people fought back and won.

It's a shame it is not a traditional church, it is beautiful inside, but disfigured by the addition of a NO table :(

  • From Wiki:
Under Marek Bozek's leadership the church, in a decaying St. Louis neighborhood, has grown to 500 despite 200 of the original parishioners leaving. Bozek's non-orthodox views include allowing priests to marry and permitting women and ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖs to be ordained. Transmogrification of the issues from property to doctrinal issues has alienated traditional parish members and attracted new progressive congregants.

  • What a shame that apostates stick to their guns but traditional Catholics do not!
