  • This October has been a record cool autumn with no traces of an Indian Summer (late summer).

Here in Southern California, we did not need to use our air conditioner during October 2018!

This year, 2018, also sets a record as one having over 150 spotless days (solar sunspots) with well over 150 days and counting so far. By the end of December 2018, this figure could be close to 200 spotless days. Could we be heading for another Dalton Minimum? Could 2019 have even more spotless days? Time will tell.

Below are the recent solar cycles. While the Dalton Minimum occurred during the late 1790s to 1825, the Maunder Minimum occurred during the 1600s and early 1700s. Currently, it appears like our sun is copying the Dalton Minimum as the data from 1790 to 1810 seems consistent with the data from 2000 to 2018.

    Look at this interesting analysis:

There are several other websites that discuss the Dalton and Maunder Minimum and other mini-ice ages.
    Lord have mercy.

If that is the case, then it must be Soros weather.

All of Soros' thousands of migrants coming from Guatamala and Columbia are going to be freezing here in the United States.
And they are not prepared. Who will provide them warm clothing, food, and shelter? No doubt, it will be USAID funded by U.S. Taxpayers.
    Lord have mercy.

  • Record breaker?  When I was a kid, in Indiana, it was not unusual to have snow for Halloween.  Here in AZ, we are enjoying the cooler temps.  In the past, it was not unusual to have temps to 100, to the end of October.

  • In NYC, Autumn didn't arrive until Monday, Oct. 18. This past week was the first I DIDN'T use the AC.  It switched over very suddenly.  There were people swimming at the beach last weekend.  This weekend, the water was vacant.  The only people to be seen were wearing long pants and coats, there for a brisk walk or to exercise their dogs.
I had to go into the attic to down our coats.  It's predicted to freeze tonight, be 38° F by 6:00am.
