New U.S. District Superior

    Changes in the US District
    Dear Faithful,

    After six years as the District Superior here, it is time for me to move on. Our Superior General, Fr. Davide Pagliarani, has given me a new assignment to the District of Austria, effective on August 15 of this year. In Austria, my new role will be prior in Vienna.
     
    Father John Fullerton will succeed me in the role of District Superior, also effective on August 15th. I'm sure many of you remember him from his days as District Superior from 2002-2008 and ask you all for your prayers for both of us, and the U.S. District as a whole.
     
    I can't thank you enough for your support over the past six years and consider it as a special grace and honor to been chosen for this task. While I will continue to fulfill this role to the best of my abilities until August 15th, I assure you that I will leave America with nothing but fond memories. The growth and vitality of Tradition here is beyond edifying, and I will continue to pray for the U.S. District from Austria, that it may continue to flourish under Fr. Fullerton's wise and prudent direction.
     
    May Our Lord count on your tireless fidelity to the Faith and Mass of all time!

    He was district superior before Fr. Rostand, who was before Fr. Wegner.  He was after Fr. Scott, i think, tho if there was one between them, I don't recall.  He is who bought and built the current HQ up in Farley, MO.  Likes bow and rifle hunting ALOT, thus all the land up there.  it's about 1/2 hour north of KCMO, across the Missouri river from Leavenworth. 
    He's pretty solid, not very controversial.  He will let us shoot out there again probably.  He's a brother who is a priest and one iun St. Mary's ks.  A sister there as well I think.
