Needle in Candy found - whats the point?
« on: November 01, 2012, 11:52:35 AM »
This was found in a child's candy haul yesterday in Loves Park, IL.

What's the point of putting a big needle in candy you hand out to children? So they'll bite into the candy -- wrapper and all -- and bite down on a needle, corn-on-the-cob style?  It's not going to poke them in the mouth unless they put the candy (again, wrapper and all) in their mouth like a stick propping open an alligator's mouth.

You'd have to really say "Aaaah" to put that pack of Starburst in your mouth length-wise! Especially if you're a child.

Again, what's the point? I guess the point is that someone has brain damage, as well as serious issues trying to hurt children, get attention, or both.

There are people who love to do evil, sometimes for its own sake.

Let's pray to St. Simon of Trent to deliver the little children from those who wish to harm children.

when I lived in Washington,DC back in the 1960's this was a constant
problem, razor blades found in candy apples, broken glass found in
candy. It was just unsafe to trick and treat there. Some sick people
think they are either making a statement, or think they are being
funny.
It has been a sick world them and getting worse. I suspect that
the media are either not reporting this and covering them up to
make people feel good.
