• I am delighted to announce that my daughter will be released from her rehab facility on Tuesday and will be home with us for Thanksgiving.  She still has a lot of physical therapy to do, but has progressed well enough that the rest can be done on an outpatient basis.

Many thanks to everyone here once again for your prayers and good wishes.

  • I'm glad to hear your news Siggie.
It must be a terrible worry raising kids in this vile world now.
I have a son who is single right now, but is begining to wonder if it is worth getting married and raising a family, which is the most natural thing in the world, but it is a pretty scary place to try and rear children now, as we can't wrap them up in cotton wool and prevent them getting into the wrong crowd.

Any God bless you and your family.

  • Deo gratias!

In the Missal according to the Rite of the Sacred Order of Friars Preachers, there is a proper votive Mass in thanksgiving for benefits received: and here is the text thereof, taken from The Dominican Missal in Latin and English (Oxford: Blackfriars Publications, 1948).

Please ignore all that I have written regarding sedevacantism.

    Thanks.

There was noting vile about the cause of her accident though.  It was caused by a 17 year old kid who didn't see a light.  He wasn't drunk or texting or anything like that.

Wonderful too for that poor 17 year old boy. God bless him!
