I love how poche posted a "testimony" from a Mohammedan heathen who supposedly accepted "Jesus as Lord and Savior".

This is not the language of conversion. This person has allegedly accepted some jeezis, whoever he is, and yet has not yet been baptized. Clearly, whoever instructed this person in their heresies was not Catholic, because there is no such thing as conversion to Christ that does not require baptism, confirmation and reception of the Eucharist (under normal circuмstances, and even in these more trying circuмstances the 'teacher' could have baptized him).

If the person who is trying to convert you to some kind of 'Christianesque' religion is ignoring the essential requirement of holy baptism, they are teaching contrary to what has been given to us by Our Lord Jesus Christ and His Church.

Of course, in poche's world, it's more important that this person is claiming to believe in some kind of hypothetical 'jeezis' than it is to go reach him with the true Faith.

If it's God's will, you would go? You know about these people, you care enough to post about them... how much more impetus do you need?

No, poche would rather leave these people to the false religion of protestant "lord and savior" eternal-security baloney. We're supposed to pray that he's able to figure out how to pray to his false jeezis without feeling like he's blaspheming the pervert demoniac Mohammed.

Here's a news flash: if you're feeling conflicted about whether you're insulting your heathen moronic, deluded false prophet, it is a sign that not a shred of sanctifying grace exists in your soul.

Immaculate Heart of Mary, triumph soon!

Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy on us.

that person lives in a country where there is no access to a priest.

If God willed it I would be very happy to go there. As a starting point we have to live the holiness of the Catholic Faith. Daily mass, Daily prayer.
We all have an obligation to participate in the evangelization. Jesus didn't say "go out to all the world except those people we don't like"

If you read the lives of the saints you'll find that "evangelizing Muslims" either involved martyrdom or the desire to be martyred.

If you like we could go together.

This is a weird thread, but an interesting one at that.

Regardless of how the Moslems view or revere the BVM they are certainly a helluva lot more respectable to her than most Protestants or the vile filthy тαℓмυdic Jews who have some particulary nasty things to say about her and her Son.

Having said that, I'm still a bit confused about Islam's perception of Jesus in some ways. Don't they really believe that he was divinely concieved in some way and that Jesus miraculously spoke as an infant and became a prophet?

Also their whole crucifixion story get's very strange with Allah causing some kind of deception where they think they crucify Jesus but it's someone else or something like that. They also believe that Jesus will reappear in the End Time as well.

They just get the whole biblical account severly distorted , of course they believe the same thing about our gospels. But I do believe they believe Mary remains a virgin though I could be wrong about that as well.

Anyway, converting Moslems is no easy task, many are well versed in scripture and to be frank many probably know more about Christianity than most "christians".

You have an unhealthy amount of respect for Mohammedans. It seems to approach envy.
I envy their zeal of their adherents for their worldview, regardless of how misdirected it is. I respect that they don't sway in the face of adversity of their faith.

Can't say the same for much of Christianity or even the Church these days.

And if you are being intellecutally honest, neither can you.

Muslims act like cowards until they reach a certain critical mass within a population that allows them to come out in full force.

Give an example.
