More Eucharist desecration on Youtube

  • ATTENTION: Please don't go to the link of the Youtube user who is doing the sacrilege discussed below - the last thing we want to do is to give this user more hits on his video (Youtubers want to get as many hits as possible because they get more popularity and can even get paid by Youtube if their hits reach a high number).

    ------------------

The online video sharing site YouTube carries some very sick, blasphemous and disturbing videos with brutal attacks on the Holy Eucharist. Perhaps the most disturbing video of all is the one titled:

Desecrating the Eucharist by smoking Jesus' body.

It is followed by this statement:

"Eucharist desecration. You Catholics are truly
going to love this one. More is on its way."

It was posted on YouTube by user name antieucharist. It shows people in a mock Catholic ritual "drop" the Holy Eucharist, wrap it in paper, burn it and finally stomp on it.

Beneath the offensive video are a series of viewer comments about Desecrating the Eucharist by smoking Jesus' body. One tried to excuse the desecration:

"I know you are just kids having fun, but you do not understand what you are doing. I made fun of the same thing when I was a teen."

I have no way of knowing for sure if this is a Consecrated Host. But the answer of user antieucharist to the above comment indicates his intent:

"...you are incorrect. We are not kids just having fun. We are fully aware of what we are desecrating."

And in an answer to another viewer, he wrote: "We are well aware of the Eucharist's status, and that's why we chose it."

That's why I urge you to send your:

Stop Host Desecration e-petition to YouTube.

Please send it today by clicking HERE

But to be effective, I need you to pray and to help me mobilize hundreds of thousands of Catholics immediately in a massive peaceful, pious and prayerful e-protest.

And please e-mail this letter to all your friends so we can reach thousands of more Catholics worldwide on the Internet without delay.

If tens of thousands of Catholics pray and speak up, there's a chance YouTube will enforce its policy and remove these sacrilegious attacks on the Holy Eucharist. YouTube policy says:

"We encourage free speech and defend everyone's right to express unpopular points of view. But we don't permit hate speech ..."

And desecrating the Holy Eucharist is "hate speech" in my book.

Please pray and send YouTube your STOP HOST DESECRATION e-petition today.

    Sincerely in Jesu et Maria

P.S. --- Our previous e-petition to YouTube against the Eucharist Desecrations videos posted online was a success. In fact, the user who had posted 55 sacrilegious videos of the Holy Eucharist ended up taking them down and off the Internet.
