I'm not sure it is proper to "rank" things like this. I would say that the four things you mentioned are different, and leave it at that.
For example, I'm not sure it is correct to say that Mass--by which I assume you mean the Eucharist--somehow "outranks" the other Sacraments. Each Sacrament exists for a different purpose, but I do not think it would be proper to say that one is superior to another. True, the Eucharist is the very Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity of Christ, which deserves our utmost respect and worship, but the Eucharist is not necessary for salvation in the same way that Baptism is. Similarly, the Eucharist cannot forgive sins in the same fashion that both Baptism and Confession can. The list goes on.
