That was my first thought, but she’s pro-Trump, so she couldn’t have shared the views of Mark79/Klas and been upset by their banning.
And Matthew allows free reign to sedes here, with whom she identifies.
So is she just mad that CI isn’t even MORE liberal in the free-for-all (ie., nobody should get banned, ever)?
Ps: I’m not saying they should have been banned (for the record, I agree with them about Trump), just disagreeing with the idea nobody should ever be banned.
It would be nice if she would come back for one last clarifying post of what her specific grievances were.
Someone could theoretically be pro Trump but still be strongly for allowing free speech on the topic.
BTW I will say, while forums are obviously a different story, from a political/national standpoint I believe in the freedom of political speech, though not the freedom to speak against the Church or the Family. Now maybe I'm wrong about that, but I'm just preempting the inevitable "Free speech isn't a Catholic view." I mean again I agree when it comes to attacking the faith or the family.
