Probably not true. Check the Jєωιѕн name on the study. Remember the other Jєω Kinsey with his absurd statistics, I don't remember exactly what they were, but it was essentially that a huge number of people were bisɛҳuąƖ or pedophiles, etc. This made it seem normal, so that people who were fighting those urges probably felt more "like everyone else" giving into them.
The devil tries to make you think the worst of everyone else, and once you do that, it gives you license -- in a way -- to be just like what you imagine them to be, in a lemming-like fashion. This is why I get so upset by Michael Voris flattering people with ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖ tendencies and telling them they're more special to God because they have a harder fight ( as if it's somehow harder to resist ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖ tendencies than heterosɛҳuąƖ ones, this fits right into the egomania of these homos who think that they are unique and sensitive and different ). Someone who believes that is only more likely to act on their ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖ tendencies, whereas if they know that their desires are FREAKISH, that even to have the THOUGHT of sleeping with another man is SICK, they might be more ashamed and overcome that inspiration of the demons...
It's very subtle, how the fallen one operates, much of it is based on the power of suggestion, and once he gets momentum, with the majority pitching themselves headlong into sin, it becomes unstoppable. Most people live by the maxim "When in Rome." It's all about control of the minds and one way this is done is through these junk studies, junk science. Another example is telling people they have a "chemical imbalance" that makes it impossible for them to fight depression -- amazingly, there is not one shred of real scientific evidence for this, which is admitted, yet the psychs persist in treating it as if it's incontrovertibly true.
