I don't have many strict rules on CathInfo, but this is one of them.
Considering I have a Male-only and Female-only subforum, I can't tolerate any members masquerading as the opposite sex on this forum.
INSTANT BAN, pending my being convinced that a transgression took place. And yes, there are ways I can be "morally certain". No, you're not safe behind your screen and keyboard "How will he know?" I have pretty good intuition. I don't get killed or snuffed out of existence for being wrong. I'm willing to risk being wrong once in a while to uphold the rule. Don't try me.

Yeah, I figured that was Croix, but I didn't know he was posing as a female. I don't often look at the gender indicator on an account, and I paid attention to it even less given that I was convinced that CoffeeEveryDay was in fact Croix.

I'm almost certain it was Croix. There aren't a huge number of people on here who have that mentality, style, ideas, etc. Croix just has a vibe that, once you get a handle on it, you can recognize anywhere under any disguise.

:laugh1: ... take it easy, Croix. I've enjoyed some of your antics and have spoken well of you recently ... except for your diet of mostly refined sugar.
Of course, not sure what "calumny" means when it's directed at role-played personas on the internet who are not identifiable as real individuals ... but that's a separate question.

Did you notice the URL in the sigline? It was for some AI or other.
Also, the person in question signed up as "SarahPerkins" yet registered as Male. A troll who has been banned.

I did notice that, but I suspected it was a bot beforehand. The post did not seem like the result of a train of thought that an actual human would have. Too mechanical, too sterile. Maybe they need to dumb "AI" down a bit
