What things could the Catholic Church have changed or added (assuming no VII) that would not have been heretical and could possibly be helpful to the Church considering the times we are in?
What things should they have changed or added if any, if there had not been a VII and communist subversion of the Church?
For example:
I say that they could have changed the practice of abstinence on Fridays.
They should say that women cannot work outside the home without dispensation.
They should say that confession via the internet is okay.
Well you see what I mean........
If any of the above are heresies call them out. I don't think they are.

Abstinance on Friday is church law, it can be changed. I am not in favour of stopping abstinance on friday, but it is changeable.
I don't know about the second one. I think they could do that if they wanted to.
3rd one on confession is a serious no no, there are very strict rules on confession and if they are broken there is automatic excommuncation on the Priest.
There are very good reasons why Confession is only done in private and in person. Church Law states you have to make a confession once a year. If you cannot make it to confession perform an act of contrition.
