As for wisening up. Well, I don't think that other people doing bad things is an excuse to abandon the principle of seeing Christ in one's neighbour.

To argue that one should abandon a principle because bad things happen (eg riots or rapes) is, well, liberal, isn't it?

I believe in the truth, justice and the golden rule. I also believe in defending my family and nation from a group of lawless, unwanted savages and the small segment of alien interlopers enabling them to get away with destroying a culture from within.
