    • The Govenator today declared a state of emergency because of alleged drought conditions here.

    This is insane-- as a resident of LA I can personally testify that the last two winters have had a normal amount of rainfall. Before that it was a couple of dry yrs but nothing serious--although it would have been if it had continued. And it has rained heavier in mid and north Kali.

    Why this is being done I have no idea.
