My reversion began three or four years ago. It's been a long road, and I have said and believed some things that aren't quite compatible with the traditional Catholic faith (and in some cases are completely at odds with it, I think). This is not a new revelation to me, and had I known that I would be spending more time here I would have made these declarations much, much sooner-- I hope that I haven't led anyone astray with past comments (on this forum or others) or set a poor example. In any event, I publicly renounce and distance myself from any comments or statements I have made in defense of conciliarism, modernism, VII, the NOM, etc. Likewise I renounce any attacks I have made on good and orthodox trads and clergy. I also retract and ask forgiveness for any unjust, rash, libelous or unfounded claims made against this forum. Finally, I declare my commitment and dedication to the traditional Catholic faith founded by Jesus Christ, taught to His apostles and handed down by His One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church, and I hope that if I ever deviate from it or misrepresent it, my brothers and sisters in Christ will be quick and charitable to correct me. Replies are not necessary to this OP, in fact if there's any chance of locking it, that would be fine. I just know that these sort of things need to be said publicly.
