Joshua commanded the Sun to stand still--implying that God had created it in motion. Does any Biblical scholar know how it got started in motion again?

There would have to be a Biblical reference  to the Sun being in motion in some way subsequently.

Imp update-- after actually reading Josue !0--12 and 13, it turns out that Josue doesn't command anything. He only asks God to not have the Sun and moon move in  A CERTAIN DIRECTION.  God decides to halt the motion completely as the best way to handle the problem.
