  • As I said b4 some Churches I have been in (months ago) it was odd bc the Real Presence was not strong, but very faint.

Jesus has left the Building, it seems

well, someone said that it was yours truly who was the problem

Excuse me? I didn't do anything wrong. Soemone else did. And Jesus does not like that. Just as he miraculously gave us his Presence (Jn 6, 1 Cor 1123)he can take it away

and I feel he has... or has just given certain apostate Churches a "faint" RP

  • I believe Jesus is coming back soon.

I used to scoff @ people who said that but not anymore.  I don't see how He can put up with this nonsense in the Church much longer.

  • I agree.  The Lord can remove His Presence just as surely as He gives it.

Fr. Malachi Martin said that because Our Lady was not obeyed and the entire 3rd Secret of Fatima was not revealed - and Russia was not consecrated to Our Lady's Immaculate Heart, in the manner in which She asked, i.e., by the Holy Father in union with the Bishops of the world, that God would/has withdrawn Grace from the Church.

Perhaps this explains the mess we are now in -- as the "diabolical disorientation" has taken over -- and so many Novus  Ordo parishes are somewhere between Catholic and Prostestant in their beliefs and liturgical practice.

    interesting
I had forgotten about the Fatima thing. But not so much forgotten.. I always thought that the pope TRIED to do as instructed and some were saying that he succeeded?
do you know much about all that?
It kind of fits what u say bc... well, I was never all that crazy about JPII and wasn't sure why, but now... well, the long story short is that now I am (until I find out better or.. whatever) a seda vacantist

  • Dear Graceseeker ---

Whatever you believe about the popes, please do not let this drive you away from the Catholic Faith and thus the Catholic Church.  It is important in these times that we all find places where we can receive the Sacraments from a truly believing priest -- and that we stay in a state of Grace.  It is also important for us to uphold the true doctrines and dogmas of the Catholic Faith -

Let me recommend some good resources in this regard:

    1)  My Way of Life, published by the Confraternity of the Precious Blood, 1952 edition, by Walter Farrell and Martin J. Healy

    2)  This is the Faith, published by TAN Books and Publishers, written by Canon Francis Ripley, originally published in 1951, and re-published by TAN in 2002, ISBN:  978-0-89555-642-4

We cannot get to heaven without Sanctifying Grace in our souls - and without keeping the Moral Law, as specified by both the 10 Commandments and the true Catholic way of interpreting these.  Also, staying close to Our Lady and praying the Rosary daily in these precarious and spiritually dangerous times is a necessity!!

There is so much to be learned about Fatima!  I recommend the resources of THE Fatima Center, http://www.fatima.org.   Here you will find the work of Fr. Gruner and his associates.  This work offers the best view of what really happened at Fatima -- and why it is so important for us and the whole world.  Talks by Fr. Gruner, Mr. Chris Ferrara, Fr. Paul Kramer are easily found on youtube.  All of these have done great work on getting to the bottom of the true Fatima message - and what Our Lady really wants us to know about our times.  All 3 of these speakers are worth listening to!!

I hope this helps -- we must never lose heart or stop believing the Catholic Faith or stop receiving the Sacraments.  We need the Sacraments if we want to receive and maintain Sanctifying Grace in our souls.  The devil wants to discourage people at this time with all the turmoil in the Church and to drive us away from the Sacraments!!  Do not let him win!!!!!
Ask Our Lady to help you find a good and faithful priest from whom you can receive the Sacraments --She will help you/us!!!  At Fatima, She said, in our times, that She is our only HOPE!!!!

    Blessings to you!

thanks. i have copied the rest and plan to read it later. right now i am rushed (hence the poor grammar at times, the "typos" etc)
i will always be Catholic "Once a Catholic Always a Catholic" as someone once said.
to turn your back on the Catholic Church is to objectively turn your back on Jesus Christ, your only hope of salvation
But you wouldn't BELIEVE what i have been through (bad priests etc...)
probably just would not believe it

  • You are not alone in what you have seen and encountered as regards the clergy, Graceseeker -- this is sadly foretold by Our Lady in many of Her apparitions!

However, She says that "in the end" - Her Immaculate Heart will triumph!!!

So, again, we must never lose heart -- or give up -- or give in!!!

    Great to be in touch!!

    Blessings always,

thanks. I guess I need to study Fatima better bc I wasn't aware Mary said anything about bad priests?
    what did she say?
Did she say almost all of them would be bad, would belong to secret societies that hate the Church?
