  • There are so many things that I find objectionable on this forum that I can no longer remain here in good conscience.  I do not want my name associated with it.

What is the procedure to have my membership ended?  Matthew, please ban me if that is what is required.

    God bless you all.

Jayne, can you please name a few of these things?

    God bless you too.
Help of Christians, guard our land from assault or inward stain,
Let it be what God has planned, His new Eden where You reign.

What most distresses me is the amount of nastiness that is posted.  There are, of course, some ideas that I disagree with, but it is the amount of mean-spiritedness that I find unbearable.

  • There has been a change in posting, since i joined, some people are becoming more confrontational, reckless even,  i hope sincere people dont leave because of this, but maybe, participate more, to keep a balance,

Jaynek was another willing victim of the NO. She is an educated NOer in that she obtained a Master Of Divinity Degree of the Novus Ordo and I think (hope) she did so before she found out there was a NO.

15 years ago, I delt with another one with the same degree - whatever methods they use to indoctrinate the students while they're getting brainwashed seems to be hopelessly irreversible based on my own observation of Jayne and this other guy I knew.

The difference between Jayne and the guy I knew is that for the guy, the Church started with V2 - everything prior to V2 which was in disagreement was automatically and infallibly abrogated by V2,  Jayne OTOH keeps trying to interpret V2 in the light of tradition by rationalizing everything into a circle.

I used to imagine what a nightmare it would be to see them two gang up on a debate about something like the new "mass" vs the True Mass.

Anyway Jayne, you've been and will remain in my prayers.

"But Peter and the apostles answering, said: We ought to obey God, rather than men." - Acts 5:29

The Highest Principle in the Church: "We are first of all under obedience to God, and only then under obedience to man" - Fr. Hesse

Jayne, the character of any forum depends on it's moderator and members.

Ignis Ardens used to be pretty good. It changed into a nasty battlefield around the time the Zionist Maximilian Krah, was discovered assisting the top leaders of the SSPX.

Until then, Msgr. Fellay had succeeded in pulling the wool over the faithful's eyes.

It was the Catholic forums that broke loose the truth and it was an ugly process.

Judith's job to save her people and the Faith was nasty.
It took great courage and grace.

Standing firm in the face of "nastiness" is our Catholic militant duty.

To address your complaint, I and many other members would agree that the tone and level of topics on CI seem to have deteriorated in 2013.

Hopefully our members will rise to the challenge by offering more edifying topics and being more charitable with each other.

However, with the demise of IA, we can expect trolls to migrate to CI.

May all CI members and our moderator be fair in addressing them and firm in banning them, if necessary... for the Faith... and for the good of the whole.

"Some preachers will keep silence about the truth, and others will trample it underfoot and deny it. Sanctity of life will be held in derision even by those who outwardly profess it, for in those days Our Lord Jesus Christ will send them not a true Pastor but a destroyer."  St. Francis of Assisi

Why not PM Matthew instead of opening a public thread?
If anyone says that true and natural water is not necessary for baptism and thus twists into some metaphor the words of our Lord Jesus Christ" Unless a man be born again of water and the Holy Spirit" (Jn 3:5) let him be anathema.

Because I wish to be publicly disassociated from this forum.
