The sodomite is definitely eating up the "love" from Vox/Tracy on FE. Vox making it a very hostile place for anyone that sees sodomy as a great evil.

What I don't get is that the acts are gravely evil and the orientation is "disordered" which means it's not normal. Some of the people over there act as though as long as there is no actual "penetration" (sorry for being graphic) that everything leading up to it is ok and or normal since SSA isn't sinful.

Someone actually posted a thread/link about how two sodomites cuddling is fine and not always sɛҳuąƖ to which Vox/Tracy agreed. Unbelievable, it's like she's gone waaaaay off the deepend of the ocean.

    Nauseating, but not surprising.

She's an open and proud public adulteress, so she's hard pressed to find fault with an open and proud public sodomite.

She's a hedonist, not a Catholic. As a hedonist, she believes (or more accurately, "feels") that behavior that tends toward the marital act is an end unto itself, totally divorced (pun intended) from its true place and purpose.

If she were really were a Catholic (instead of just portraying one at her wine and cheese parties with her infidel friends), she would know that the true place for such acts is within Sacramental Marriage and that their purpose is to unite spouses in carrying out their sacred duty to beget human life. If she were a Catholic in any meaningful sense, she'd know that two fαɢɢօts "cuddling" ( :barf: by the way) tends not toward unitive and procreative ends, but toward the Sin against Nature that cries to Heaven for Vengeance.

Even most of the neo-Caths at CAF are likely to know at least that much.

Um I just read this on fisheaters and felt it would be important in this thread considering "that lying deceiving sodomite" ('clare brigid') someone wanted to know if he repented...I'd answer that with his own words pasted below. Tracy started a "the experience of ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖ Trads" thread and he (the sodomite) posted this:

Men with SSA are not barred from religious life.  They are only barred from the priesthood.

Whether a man with SSA is called to religious life depends, among other things, on his ability to practice continence.  I have heard that men with SSA can make particularly good monks and I agree with that.

In the Orthodox Church, it is said that in the monastery, each monk is, in a real sense, married to all the other monks.  It is a divinely sanctioned form of "same sex marriage," as it were.

For an idea of what this looks like, I would recommend Spiritual Friendship, by St. Aelred of Rievaulx.  Here is a particularly moving passage in that book:

    Quote
The day before yesterday, as I was walking around the monastery's cloister, the brothers were sitting around it, forming a circle of the greatest love.  I marveled, as if in the midst of the delights of paradise, with the foliage, flowers and fruits of each single tree around me.  In that multitude I found no one whom I did not love, and who, I felt sure, did not love me.  I was filled with such joy that it surpassed all the delights of this world.  Indeed, I felt my spirit poured out into all, so that I could say with the prophet:  "Behold how good and how delightful it is for brothers to dwell together in unity."

This wasn't some innocent comment this is insidious...  :heretic:

I'd not heard of St. Aelred of Rievaulx, so I looked him up on wiki. He wasn't formally canonized, but that's not unusual. Evidently, he is the patron saint of "gαys," and the ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖ group called Dignity. Yet the wiki article says that this St. Aelred preached chastity (I don't think Impy mentioned that, but maybe I'm wrong).

Sad how the ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖs will look for affirmation of their disorder, and that Vox provides an avenue for this. I don't really blame the ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖs - they are just doing what they do. They are not being told that practicing ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖity is a sin.

I thought that Impy said that he wasn't going to post on Catholic forums anymore. ??

You are right tradmom, FE's gone more bonkers than CAF.

(By the way being a Catholic convert from the Episcopalian Church I will pray for you and your husband's conversion).

:roll-laugh1: sorry but what do expect when the red carpet is rolled out with that back patting  thread? Homos love it when people give them a victim status or give them the I'm on your side and I want everyone here to know it. It's like a fly to feces. There is no way Impy/Clare/lying sodomite could stay away.

:really-mad2: Ugh, how can someone who claims to be a "traditional Catholic" let filthy sodomites make a open mockery like this? It astonishes me, I don't think even your typical neo-Catholic would be so open and embracing of this despicable action that cries to heaven for vengeance.

This is obviously the work of the demonic, either creeping in little by little as the rot eventually became obvious to all, or Vox was always supportive of such things while hiding herself under the veil of "Authentic Catholic", trying to get others to embrace such immoralities.

  • Am I missing something? I never belonged to  FE- but the passage quoted (St. Aelred of Rievaulx.) sounds like an innocent expression of love for one's fellows. I don't get any gαyness out of it. St. Francis Assisi also spoke in flowery terms about his love for persons and creatures, even nature. It is said of him that his love was so great that he was capable of loving each blade of grass individually.

Unless I am terminally naive, or the FE poster being discussed was bending the passage into something sick, I see nothing wrong in Aelred basking in the (platonic) love of God and his fellow monks. I think it may describe to some extent how we will feel about each other in heaven.

If I am mixed-up here, please forgive me.

I think that the passage quoted is innocent, too. It isn't right that someone on FE would make it into something it isn't. I'm currently reading about the life of St. Dominic. His religious brothers had so much love for him, and he for them. You're right about Aelred basking in the platonic love of God and his fellow monks. That's a hallmark of the saints. But Impy doesn't mention God at all in his reference of St Aelred.

  • Yeah the comments made can be seen as innocent brotherly love (the actual quotes from St. Aelred of Rievaulx) however the fact it's "impy/Clare/lying sodomite" and the fact he called it a type of same sex marriage is disgusting and appalling. I don't think it was meant to be innocent by him but a insidious remark about how monks can be "married" and have SSA at the same time. Much like I've seen other sodomites try to put forth David's love for Jonathan as such, or Ruth and Naomi, and (it hurts to type these) our Blessed Lord and the apostle John. Taking devoted loving FRIENDSHIP and twisting it into something perverse.

What I got from his post was "it's ok for people with SSA to be monks and it's actually good because they can actually have 'same sex marriage' in a way." Even with his controlling oneself comment. It still wreaks of ill will. A passive aggressive ill will to boot...

I'm just wondering, if Clare Brigid decided to repent under the inspiration of God and went back to his male identity and renounced homo sex and asked for forgiveness for causing a public scandal, would most of the posters here forgive him and allow him to become a regular member of the forum?

Probably. But then, anytime he disagreed with certain members over even the most trivial of matters, they would fling it at him with both hands.

One can hardly consider it blameworthy to do so. It seems the best thing for somebody who commits such scandals and for the community he offended would be for him to retire for the rest of his life to the seclusion of the monastery in penance. It seems that one would be dishonest to think that somebody who so grievously publicly harms the community would be able to live as a regular member. The most honest thing to do would be to take stock of the harm one did and retire forever from the public.
