E. Michael Jones, the editor of Culture Wars magazine, discusses the connection between Harvey Weinstein and John [11:50] where Caiaphas, the high priest, counselled the Jєωs: "That it is expedient for us, that one man should die for the people, and that the whole nation perish not." Weinstein was a leader in the Hollywood Industry and he was going after the "αnтι-ѕємιтєs" with a vengeance. But finally the guilt and shame of Hollywood could not be contained and the sinful volcano exploded and out came Harvey. So though everybody in Hollywood was complicit in the shameful things done there in the open and in secret, Harvey became its scapegoat. They could cleanse themselves of their guilt by projecting all their sins on Harvey. In this way, Harvey saves them all.

The pace of events in the US and around the world seems to speeding up day-by-day. The fragile political, institutional, and economic structures are beginning to shake and tremble and show signs of cracking. Evil seems to be exposing itself proudly and arrogantly as if in preparation for something bigger. People are faced with a clear and unmistakable choice: Do you serve God or do you serve Mammon? 

"Truth will out" H.E. Bp. Williamson (quoting Shakespeare in the Merchant of Venice). It was only a matter of time before the enemies of God would expose themselves, but now they are acting more boldly and stridently than ever on the global stage and hurtling the world into war/economic ruin. Its as if they know they have the "good guys" in checkmate and are now acting with impunity. 

If only more people realized that the enemies of God only have as much power as we give them. If only more people would wake-up and become Catholic in the true sense of the word. We could simple hand our families, our countries, and our futures back over to God rather than allow them to be placed in the hands of His enemies. In reality the enemies of God have no power whatsoever...and yet the mass of churchmen and men and women of the world walk like zombies right in line with their devilish plans. But at the end of the day--only to the measure that we (sinful mankind) allow it and participate in these crimes against God and take delight in temporal comforts that are nothing but nothing in contrast to the infinite and overflowing gifts freely offered to us by Our Lord. 

God willing more people will wake-up and choose the "easy yoke" of God versus the false comforts offered by the world. 

Lord Have Mercy on Us.
