First off, men need war.
Absolutely ridiculous, and quite contrary to Church teaching. But then again, so is much of what you say.
This is something I read in an article about masculinity in America. Often young boys imitate themselves as being warriors, hunters, adventurers etc. I guess war is not something we need per say, but it is something that men are meant to do if necessary. The Church allows for war if it is a just cause.
First off, equating hunting and other adventures to war to simply ridiculous. There is no other way to put it.
Secondly, I acknowledge that men should be willing to fight if called to do so during a just war. That is a far cry, however, from suggesting that "men need war."
