I've just gotten the chance to start listening to the 2019 Fatima Conference talks (CDs can be purchased through the CMRI website:
http://www.cmri.org/fatima-conference-2019-recordings.shtml).
I would like to quote Bishop Pivarunas from his talk. He was discussing what was going on with the CMRI now concerning the growth of traditional Catholicism. Though this is a short quote, what is said IS in context:
Bishop Pivarunas:
We’re not the only ones who are practicing the Catholic Faith, the Traditional Catholic Faith. There are other groups. We’re not THE Catholic Faith. We’re part of the Catholic Church, but we’re not THE Catholic Church.
The emphasis was in the original talk by the bishop. For those who seem to think that the CMRI believes it is the Church and all who are outside the CMRI are outside the Church, I hope this
corrects your
misconception. If reading the words of the Superior General of the Congregation does correct what you think, then your "ignorance" is not in good faith and you are an evil person.
