  • Did you see the reporting by Harrigan last night, where it looked like he was going to be blown away by the hurricane?

Hannity seemed to care, not so much anyone else @ Fox?

I hope they don't care more about the story than the reporter/camera person?

    hmmmmmmmmmm

guess he is OK since havn't heard otherwise

I kept thinking: Why doesn't Fox just ORDER him OUTA there?

    don't get it...

and don't tell me to get a life. I was seriously concerned, so much that I couldn't follow what anyone was saying, to speak of. .. maybe Harrigan wanted to be a martyr or something

  • I think you would be surprised at what lengths these folks go for a story, and being out in the storm is a good way to excite folks reactions just like you, for example.

I remember reading a story about a reporter in Canada who was covering some blizzard or such -And up there it is not unusual for 180+ mph winds- and it blew him away while reporting live on camara... It would have been interesting to see that! Anyone who goes into those kinds of winds knows what they are doing. Well... one would imagine that they do...

What was really amazing was when the reporters went to Galveston during Ike, remember? If memory serves properly, that was a C5!

    If I remember correctly, no.

  • Well, I tend to forget a lot of stuff, unfortunately. My memory can be pretty bad. Plus, I don't consider a lot of things important, including the death of a news reporter, and that makes forgetting a lot easier... I am one of those people who can forget things we don't want to forget.... wait... what did I just type?
