1.  God decides who your prayers/penances are applied to.  2.  There are different levels of suffering in purgatory.  One day spent in the lowest part could be vastly worse than 3 centuries in the upper part.  So just because this girl is said to be there til the end of time, doesn’t mean she’s in the worse spot.  
3.  Our Lady told us about the girl’s fate AT THAT TIME.  It doesn’t mean that she couldn’t be released earlier.  In fact, the very reason of Our Lady telling us about this girl is a mercy so that others would pray for her.  Had She not told us, no one would probably think to pray for this girl.

I felt that Sr. Lucy might have done the necessary penance to get her friend delivered from Purgatory.   I have read where some saints have prayed for a friend when given a special revelation of friend's suffering in Purgatory.  It is more than likely, in my book, that Sr. Lucy would not have been given this revelation unless she was offered a way to help her deceased friend.

I don’t know for sure but there seems to a plan a and plan b.
Plan a was for the consecration to be done in 1929, that failed for whatever reason, plan be is as follows,

In the end my Immaculate heart will triumph! (Thank God!) Then and only then, after the triumph the Holy Father will make the consecration, Russia will be converted! Plan b does not include the bishops. That’s my understanding anyway!

I pray that God mocking Bergoglio and the rest of the modernist antichrist "bishops" do not go ahead to consecrate Russia. I don't think that there's a place to run to to evite the inevitable additional punishments.
