I have been a lurker for about 2 years off and on. Our Lady finally said to me yesterday, "Yes, you need to do this." 

Somehow I wind up being told to say, "Yes," to the darndest things, but those things end up being later what people tell me they needed at that time. (And vice versa). The world is so cold and uncaring these days, and even us Catholics have to be careful we don't become "too busy," to say hello, etc. Apparently as a young toddler I was not very selective in who I greeted--telephone poles, animals, store mannequins and homeless people were all fair game. My Mother used to have to pull me along to get anywhere...

I made the mistake of clicking on the Help Button. "Simple Machines Software..." Uh huh, sure. Simple for whom?

 

I will be one of THE FIRST to be cut off if all goes full technology! I will be standing there with my cardboard sign asking for food.  Our dear Lord did not bless with me an engineering mind, and nor the ability to be a ballerina for pay.

I am more like Saint Joan of Arc galloping in on her horse, and when not "on-duty," I am finding ever so clever ways to injure myself or cause pain around the house. Just ask my husband what the word Klutz is defined as!   

And he never needs to worry about being "unemployed." Everything that I touch seems to have a unique way of breaking, so he has quite a few things to constantly fix. Even if I am careful (which I am), I end up with the weirdest things to test my patience!! 

If I go grocery shopping? There could be 500 carts to choose from in a row. The one I end up getting when it is my turn will have 3 good wheels, and one funky one! When the car makes weird noises? Oh, it will do those for me, but nobody else. So IF the car is making weird noises, then FOR SURE it must be fixed!

And I have only been here not even one day, and already I have had to re-type at least 5 posts or found some way to confuse myself. 

God help me if I have to do EVERYTHING "online!" I will throw my computer off a cliff and walk before I have to keep "upgrading" or adding updates! Most of them are just annoying and useless. But anyway...technology does have some benefits and good uses.

Even if you try to enter you will be unable to, unless you get yourself one of those little pink circles with a + underneath which identifies you as female.

When you have that you can come in. Who knows, maybe you are a spy!
