  • Hello everyone, Saint Maurice is my patron Saint for Confirmation, but my real name is Allan.

I am married with five beautiful children.  I was in the Army, then a DoD contractor in Seoul, Korea; and now I'm a DoD contractor in Guam.

A bit about my journey, to date:

I grew up "Catholic", under the Novus Ordo, and was even an Altar Boy.  However, until three years ago, I almost left our Faith.  I thank Our Lord Jesus Christ for gently bringing me back; I strove to learn as much as I could about our Faith, with the intent to worship God properly.  That's when I stumbled onto references for the Traditional Latin Mass, and from there, the rest is history.

I registered because of some of the resources and topics being discussed, which I am finding quite useful.  It's almost as if I've been led here.

Cheers, everyone, and have a blessed day!

    Pax

  • Hey everyone! :)

My name is Amy and I'm 17. I'm not actually a Catholic, and don't know that much about it, but I am interested in finding out more. My great friend of mine recommended this site to me a while ago, and I promised him I'd join, so here I am!

I look forward to my time here, and hope to learn a lot.

  • Welcome Amy! I hope you find what you need. Do you belong to a church?

  • i don't know how this works, your system, because i don't like dealing with computer details, so i hope it goes thru.
I was novus ordo and am now attending a CMRI center in arizona. the novus ordo has been a disappointment to me, as has the whole rcia program, which had little to do with catholicism. what a mess.
i don't know much about sspx but i agree with the sedevacantists because...just look at it. Take it all in and tell me that's roman catholicism. i see the novus ordo as getting worse not better. No idea what the plan is now. I have never heard anyone even discuss the issue of what to do when the church has no pope, and no hierarchy. i have broken with the novus ordo.
    I am a 49 YO male.

Hello and welcome, I also attend CMRI in Spokane Washington I hope you have a positive experience here, however at times there are some heated debates, but don't let that sway you from your strong faith, the  reason for the debates is proof we have no True Pope in Rome to unite us as was in the past centuries.
    Please pray for my soul.

  • Hello and blessings all!

The 'welcome' thread here is about the most detailed in any forum I've every joined :) I think that's amazing in itself. I'm a medium-time lurker here and thought it was about time I took that great leap into the unknown.

Name: Mrs Arrington (but you may also call me Eleanor!)
Status: Married, with 2 children (our daughter just under a month short of 2 years, and a son of 10 months)
Occupation: wife and mother (previously worked in publishing)
    Location: London

I was brought up with the Novus Ordo by faithful (in their own way) parents...though I don't think I had as thorough grounding in Catholic tradition (and Tradition) as would have been good. After a relatively liberal upbringing I have grown very much increasingly conservative (which is to say, sensible...) with age.

I started attending a Sunday TLM at Oxford while I was a student and then living as a single woman in London after graduating I eventually found myself with SSPX. My own studies, as well as what I read and thought and prayed, since, taught me the reality of the 'church' since Vatican-II (which however well-meaning, cannot be counted as less than heretical). So at that point attending SSPX masses seemed to be the place to be. It was also where I met my husband :)

  • Hello to you Eleanor, the most wonderful part about the Internet is meeting people we would never have met from all over the world.

Stop lurking and share your devotions, fears or whatever.  We all have them.
    Please pray for my soul.

  • Welcome Mrs. Arrington.
"I receive Thee, redeeming Prince of my soul. Out of love for Thee have I studied, watched through many nights, and exerted myself: Thee did I preach and teach. I have never said aught against Thee. Nor do I persist stubbornly in my views. If I have ever expressed myself erroneously on this Sacrament, I submit to the judgement of the Holy Roman Church, in obedience of which I now part from this world." Saint Thomas Aquinas the greatest Doctor of the Church

  • I am a lifetime Catholic. I lead the Teach Peace Foundation and we provide education to help people go to heaven.

Please watch the docuмentary, endorsed by Sister Agnes, which explains how Satan is suppressing the Our Lady of Akita message (see the section Satan's Truth Suppression at 46:15 in the docuмentary online at
    .

Akita and the Fatima Secret is endorsed by first-hand witnesses and prominent Catholic scholars (e.g., Fr. Jim Anderson and John Salza, etc.).

    DOcuмENTARY SECTIONS                               START TIME

    1. INTRODUCTION                                                 00:01
    2. THE ARK OF THE COVENANT AND MARY              04:56
    3. MARY AND THE PERIOD OF PEACE                      07:43
    4. THE FATIMA MESSAGES AND MIRACLES              09:12
    5. THE AKITA MESSAGES AND MIRACLES                14:20
    6. SATAN'S TRUTH SUPPRESSION                           46:15
    7. COREDEMPTRIX                                                 57:10
    8. CONCLUSION                                                     58:48

Total docuмentary length is 101 minutes.

I am also the producer of the docuмentary, The Secret of Nagasaki. This film provides concrete evidence that the Catholic Church was intentionally targeted for atomic bomb destruction by high ranking Freemason (see ).

The organization I lead also provides resources to help people learn to pray the Holy Rosary.

May the peace of our Lord be with you, David Dionisi

  • Good day, ladies and gentlemen of Cathinfo.

I've lurked Cathinfo for many years, but decided to finally register. It seems like Cathinfo is the only message board that has persevered over the years and although I've at times had reservations, Matthew's recent post about how past perceptions of Cathinfo are invalid pushed me to go ahead and register.

Just a little bit about myself:

I'm traditional Catholic (obviously), a convert from Novus Ordo about 11 years ago. I'm married and the father of five. I am what many call a "sedevacantist" but I don't come here to cause trouble or annoy people with endless rhetoric on the topic. I am also Canadian, which is certainly nothing to be proud of these days. As I see it, Canada does not exist anymore.

I often think of myself as a "young fogey", a man out of time, striving to lead a good Catholic family in an insane world that has turned its back on God and common sense.

A little bit about my Username and Avatar:

Léon Degrelle was a Walloon Belgian politician and staunch Catholic, who founded Rexism/the Rexist Party in Belgium. The movement's name was derived from the Roman Catholic journal and publishing company Christus Rex. Rexism has been accused of being fascist but was based on Catholic teaching.

After Germany launched Operation Barbarossa against the Soviet Union, Degrelle joined the Wermacht then the SS Division Wallonien (long story on how devout Catholics ended up in the pagan SS, but the Walloons weren't the only ones) in order to fight against the Soviets. Degrelle worked his way up from simple private to the SS equivalent of a full colonel during a four-year career (1941-1945). He is one of only three non-Germans ever awarded the Knight's Cross with Oak Leaves.

He is an inspiring figure and quickly became one of my heroes as I read about his life.
