  • Well gets started with the Introduction, my name is not Angel or Angela  :laugh1:
I come from a family of 9 but 10 is due in April. I like to play volleyball, softball, cook,  :ready-to-eat: not to big on sewing, and I love to read.  :reading: I am only 15 but I might sound older in my posts. The only reason how I knew about this cool website is from my sister who also uses the website, so when I heard about it I wanted to get in on the racket, ( me and my sister call this website Catholic facebook). I used to be homeschooled but now I atend my local public highschool as a freshmen.

  • Greetings.  My first name is Frances, a convert from several varieties of Protestantism, from Northeastern USA.  I am in my mid-50s, a "single-in-the-world" elementary school teacher.  I hear the True Mass about every-other-week as it is 130 miles one-way, 2 3/4 hrs. drive in good weather, light traffic.  Other times I'm on the road for up to six+ hours.  I've been reading this site for some time, so thought I'd sign up.  God's Blessings!

  • My name is Alexander. I have slowly discovered that I can't stomach the Vatican II church. I only attend Tridentine Masses. I believe without the Sacred Liturgy we are lost. St. Michael and I are great friends. God bless you all!

  • I am joining Cath Info for Lent, not as a penance, but to counteract a natural tendency to isolate, especially at this time of the Liturgical Year. I have been a daily lurker for months and feel like I already "know" some of you.

I have been assisting at the Traditional Latin Mass exclusively for eight years, at present at the SSPX, though with very strong sympathies toward the Resistance. In January one of the Resistance priests was in the area, 2.5 hours away actually, and I was blessed to be able to attend and go to confession.

Never married and remaining so for the Sake of the Kingdom, age 55.

Thank you for being here for me.

Mother of God, pray for us sinners.

  • I'm a 66 yr old male, who has never married.  I love being single because I have the freedom to do what I want, when I want to do it.  I am a retired Social Studies teacher and I taught in the Camden Diocese in New Jersey.  Presently,  I am a piano teacher with 33 students.  My 93 yr. old mother lives with me and, thank God, she is in very good physical and mental shape.
I began attending the Latin Mass about 10 years ago.  I had thought that the Latin mass was extinct but a friend of mine, who plays the organ at the church, told me about it.
I've been banned from other Catholic sites due to my abhorrence of Vatican II.  I guess I have to tone it down.

    May God bless everyone!!

  • Hi, I am relatively new here. I am 17 and simply love Lord of the Rings because it symbolizes the Faith...among other reasons!
Oh, and here is something you probably would've never guessed: I am a girl. I took the name "oakenshield" because I couldn't remember any of the girl names from The Silmerillion that actually made sense... But seriously, I'm not obsessed with LOTR! Honest!   I have been going to the Latin Mass ever since I can remember and treasure it all the more for that.

  • St John is pronounced "Sinjen". I am a convert to Catholicism, I entered the Church from a background in Medieval and Early Modern European history in which I hold a B.A degree. I currently work as both a Priest's Clerk and Private Tutor. During my period of instruction prior to my reception into the Church I was asked by my Priest to serve the Usus Antiquior (1962 rubrics) and have done so almost every morning since for several years. I am familiar with both Tridentine and pre-Tridentine uses of Holy Mass and am an active advocate of the return of the Sarum Use in England as it was said prior to the Protestant Reformation in this country. I am an ardent monarchist, agrarian and traditionalist both religiously and socially. My other interests include Anglo-Saxon/Middle English literature. Gothic architecture, falconry, swordsmanship, hunting and pipe smoking. I hope to make some small contribution to the discussions here. (and for the curious, I'm 24 years old).
