  • I know the St. Michael Store, you've been on the Internet for quite awhile. I used to have a website with info about all the different sacramentals and links to their providers. I've ordered from you in the past, and before that too when when the place was under different ownership. Still a family business?

    Sincerely,

    Shin

  • Hello to Everyone,

My name is Martina.  I have called my username RESOLUTE because I am resolute on two things:

Aging is not for sissies, but I am determined to carry on, despite my worsening eyesight, no matter what.

I've battened down the hatches with regard to the Catholic Faith.  I've collected my good books, and I'm as ready as I'll ever be for this time of Anti-Christ.

I warn you all, I can be brutally frank, but I try to be charitable too, and my intentions are always the best.

You want to discuss kids?  What's happening from your end of the world?  Count on me and please count me in!

  • My name is Andrew.
I live in England, but I was born In the Netherlands.

Although a big part of my family has always been catholic, I was an athieist for years. I have converted to a traditional catholic about 2/2,5 years ago.

I have a nice job and have become much happier and stronger with religion in my life.

Those are the most important things I've got to tell about me.

  • I'm Justin from the Philippines.  Studied Vatican 2 in high school and college as part of Novus Ordo Catholic School curriculum.  Read Apologia pro Marcel Lefebvre, Infiltration of Modernism in the Church, Libertas Praestantissimum and thank the SSPX for helping me understand the crisis in the Church. Been attending SSPX Masses for 18 years.  Have grown to understand that human nature does not disappear upon the ordination of a priest and therefore understand that as much as I cannot make myself a saint on my own, I have to bear with the human weaknesses of priests who, despite themselves, can help me grow spiritually.  I work side by side with protestants, muslims, atheists, modernists and trying-hard traditionalists.  I know that I am not a theologian and leave the task of theological debates to theologians.  I prefer to discuss the Ten Commandments, the Seven Sacraments and the Rosary when dealing with all people I meet.  I am simplistic and keep the gospel of St. Matthew Chapter 25 verses 31-46 as my guide for Judgment Day.

Welcome to Cathinfo, res ipsa loquitur!
If anyone says that true and natural water is not necessary for baptism and thus twists into some metaphor the words of our Lord Jesus Christ" Unless a man be born again of water and the Holy Spirit" (Jn 3:5) let him be anathema.

  • Hello

I'm Anna, and I am English.  I'm a cradle Catholic.  I'm not sure if I've pressed the right button or if I'm replying to the previous poster, so please overlook if I have done the latter!  (Not very technological, I'm afraid).

  • Greetings,

I am not a Catholic but a seeker after truth who has faith in God. I say seeker, because I am unsure of the entirety of what truth is, not that truth exists. I believe everyone knows of truth in the marrow of their bones, but may deny this due to various psychological reasons.

The reason I would like to post on a Catholic forum is because I want to express and expand my views on faith and from my experience have found Catholics to be very philosophical. So this seems like the perfect place to do that!

I am very eager to start posting and get some feedback on my views. I doubt they are completely (or at all) original, but they constitute something of a revelation for me, and have helped me spiritually grow of late.

    God Bless!
