Quote from: Interview with Car. Muller
http://ncronline.org/blogs/ncr-today/m-ller-denies-cdf-received-heresy-accusations-against-pope

The interviewer said that Francis' critics have accused him of not appreciating doctrine sufficiently. Some of his critics had even called him a heretic.

"I assure them that they are wrong -- not only ex officio, but from personal experience," Müller said. "A heretic is a Catholic who obstinately denies a revealed truth that the church has declared to be true and that Catholics are obliged to believe."

Is it true that the CDF had received accusations of heresy against Francis?

"No!" Müller replied.

Whether the Cardinal doesn't read his own mail or lies. Here is one accusation received by the CDF:

Dear Cardinal Müller,

On November 30, 2015 during the flight from Africa to Rome, Pope Francis in an act of his “authentic magisterium” used the secular press to inform the world about the “disease” of Catholic “fundamentalism” that afflicts “many...in the Catholic Church.”  Francis defined Catholic “fundamentalism” as the “disease” of Catholics who believe in “Absolute Truth.”  Francis likened these Catholics to the Islamic murderers who indiscriminately slaughtered French citizens in the “Paris attacks” identified in the reporter's question.  These Catholic “fundamentalists” are in fact worse than Islamic murderers who kill only the body.  They are liars who attack the soul when they, as Francis said, “go on sullying others through slander and defamation.”  Francis said that Catholic “fundamentalists” are “idolaters” who therefore trample upon the First Commandment, and whose “disease” leads to the commission of “crimes” and “ends in tragedy.”  Lastly, he said that these fundamental Catholics, to whom “God is lacking,”  “must be combated” because they are a “bad thing.”

These are grave accusations that are offered without any other evidence beyond their belief in “Absolute Truth.”  Pope Francis, who has professed his incompetency to judge ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖs whose acts are an intrinsically disordered violation of natural law and divine positive law, has made a bold and most serious judgment calling Catholics 'Godless idolaters' for believing that Catholic morals and Catholic doctrine are grounded upon “Absolute Truth” that can be known and communicated to others.  He is identifying a distinctive difference between Modernists and the traditional Catholic faithful.  It was Josef Pieper who said that Modernists, in their hubris, prefer the pursuit of truth against its actual possession.

I and the members of Ss. Peter & Paul Roman Catholic Mission believe in “Absolute Truth” that is both knowable and communicable to others.  “Absolute Truth” comes part and parcel with membership in the Catholic Church.  It is made known to individual Catholics faithful by grace through the sacraments and the infused virtues and gifts of the Holy Ghost.  Jesus identified Himself as the “Way, the Truth and the Life” (John 14:6), the “True light, which enlighteneth every man that cometh into this world....  full of grace and truth....(for)  grace and truth came by Jesus Christ” (John 1: 9,14,17).  And Jesus being God, whose being is absolutely simple, as the First Vatican Council infallibly teaches, acts by His substance.  He IS therefore the Absolute Way, the “Absolute Truth,” and the Absolute Life who “can neither deceive nor be deceived.”  And to know Jesus through sanctifying grace is to “know the (Absolute) Truth, and the (Absolute) Truth shall make (us) free” (John 8:32) from all the lies, half-truths and distortions that infest the modern mind.

It is most unfortunate that Francis does not know God for it is manifest that a person who rejects “Absolute Truth” cannot worship the true God.  Jesus said that “true adorers shall adore the Father in spirit and in truth.  For the Father also seeketh such to adore him.  God is a spirit; and they that adore him, must adore him in spirit and in (Absolute) Truth” (John 4:23-24).  That is why those who have no union by sanctifying grace, the gift of “living water” which St. Augustine said is never separated from its source which is the Holy Spirit, with “Absolute Truth” (Jesus Christ), cannot have the indwelling of the Holy Spirit and cannot in any way worship the Father “in spirit and in truth.”  To the Samaritan woman at the well Jesus said, “You adore what you know not.”  Since the Samaritans did not possess the truth therefore their worship was idolatrous (see the Great Commentary by Rev. Cornelius a Lapide, vol. 5 pp. 143 ff.).  But unlike both the Samaritans and the Jєωs, Jesus said that His faithful would be “sanctified in truth.”  Then at the Last Supper He prayed petitioning His (and our) Father to “Sanctify them in truth.  Thy Word is Truth.  As Thou hast sent me into the world, I also have sent them into the world.  And for them do I sanctify myself, that they also may be sanctified in truth.  And not for them only do I pray, but for them also who through their word shall believe in Me” (John 17:17-20).  Only those Catholics in a state of sanctifying grace, “sanctified in truth,” can know “Absolute Truth,” and those who do not know “Absolute Truth” cannot offer acceptable worship to God or obtain salvation.  What is becoming ever more clear is that Pope Francis is right when he says that he and traditional Catholics do not worship the same God.  The question then becomes, “Who is the ‘Godless idolater’?  But the answer should not surprise us since Pope Francis has said repeatedly that he worships the same god as the Jєωs and Muslims who reject Jesus Christ, the Son and Word of God, the only “Absolute truth.”  For, “He that hath the Son, hath life.  He that hath not the Son, hath not life” (1 John 5:12).

We at Ss. Peter & Paul Roman Catholic Mission, knowing “Absolute Truth” and all that He has revealed, believe in all the Catholic creeds and dogmatic definitions of Catholic doctrine literally as divinely revealed truths from God who is Truth itself and has sanctified His Church in truth.  It is not possible for those who adore God in “spirit and truth” to be guilty of “idolatry” as charged by Francis.  It is quite the opposite.  Those who do not know “Absolute Truth” are open to every form of idolatry because they do not know God.  They are like the “reed shaken by the wind,” men of little or no substance.  Such people fall into, for example, the crude idolatry of earth worship such as seen in the recent pagan assembly in Paris promoted by the United Nations and amplified by the visual arts in the idolatrous light show on the facade of St. Peter Basilica on the feast of the Immaculate Conception.  Those involved in the Gaia cult have made common cause with population control and abortion advocates who call for eliminating five billion of the world's population.  We are known by our friends.

Using Pope Francis' own terminology, who could be more marginalized on the Catholic periphery than those Catholics who are “diseased” by their affirmation of “Absolute Truth”?  Yet it was Jesus who said, “They that are well have no need of a physician, but they that are sick.  For I came not to call the just, but sinners” (Mark 2:17).  Therefore, we that are “sick” with the “disease” of “fundamentalism” seek that remedy through your office.  Either we are in schism and heresy or Pope Francis is, as well as those who unconditionally submit their “minds and wills” to his “authentic magisterium,” for the religion we profess is incompatible with a religion that identifies the “Absolute Truth” of the Catholic faith with 'Godless idolatry.'

It has been over two years since my first letter to you and nearly twelve years since Ss. Peter & Paul Roman Catholic Mission first brought before the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith the public accusations of heresy and schism made by the bishops of hαɾɾιsburg, and later by Archbishop Chaput of Philadelphia.  These bishops have made criminal charges but in doing so they failed to present the necessary corpus delecti.  They are likened to Francis who calls marginalized Catholics, “murderers,” but cannot produce the body of the victim.  Not only is there no body of a crime, no circuмstantial evidence was produced to suggest one because in condemning us they must necessarily condemn all tradition and sacred Scripture that affirms the “Absolute Truth” of our faith.  However, if these prelates like Francis reject “Absolute Truth” that is knowable and communicable, then it explains perfectly why arguments that demonstrate necessary doctrinal, moral, liturgical and canonical truths would be unintelligible to them.  Perhaps these bishops have failed precisely because the “crime” of “fundamentalism” before the recent exposition of Francis has been a “heresy” insufficiently identified with enough clarity to formulate a proper indictment.  Everyone now knows that the enemy is Truth but everyone is afraid to say it.

I say again, I and Ss. Peter & Paul Roman Catholic Mission believe in “Absolute Truth” and we are therefore adherents of Catholic “fundamentalism” as defined by Francis.  You have a responsibility to defend the faith which firstly requires that errors be identified and defined.  You then must formulate an abjuration of heresy and profession of faith that contains only dogmatic truths, “Absolute Truths,” to reconcile those who are in error for believing in “Absolute Truth.”  The only course of action open to you may require dogmatizing the modernist doctrine of absolute unconditional obedience to the “authentic magisterium” making the free and arbitrary will of the pope the sole rule of faith.  This is in fact the faith that the bishops of hαɾɾιsburg and Philadelphia profess.   You have on your desk the case against myself and Ss. Peter & Paul Roman Catholic Mission.  You must obtain from the Holy Father a syllabus of errors that specifically addresses the charge of heresy and schism so that you may “combat” Catholic “fundamentalism.”  If you cannot defend the faith then you must condemn it.   Are you nothing more than the salt that has lost its savour?

The eminent historian, Roberto De Mattei, recently published an article retelling the sacking of Rome by the mercenary soldiers of Holy Roman Emperor Charles V.  It was a horrific slaughter of both clerical and lay Catholics accompanied with hate filled desecration of holy places, but a necessary slaughter to clear the ground for the great renewal which the reforms of Pope Paul IV and St. Pius V and the Council of Trent enacted and which received such fulsome praise from the First Vatican Council.  What is coming for Rome will unfortunately be far worse but just as necessary.  When it comes do not look surprised.

Sincerely in Christ,

Rev.  Samuel M. Waters
Chaplain
Ss.  Peter & Paul Roman Catholic Mission

P.S.:  Approaching the five-hundredth anniversary of the Protestant reformation, with Vatican approval, a plaza in Rome has been renamed and dedicated in honor of the heresiarch, Martin Luther.  Once Martin Luther is formally and fully reconciled to the Novus Ordo Church with public honors, will the faithful be at liberty to quote him and employ his language, style and tone in critical comments directed against the pope?  Unlike the 16th century, vulgarity is a normative attribute of modern discourse.  It may be the best way to impress hard facts on the modern mind.
