Thank you so much, trad123. The only thing I saw when I searched was some long condemnations quoting critics who have already been addressed most thoroughly.  I love this work and have read the 15,000 pages and I reread them often.  I took the time to read the Valtorta quote in your link because I love to see what others, who also love this work, choose to share, out of so very much to choose from.

I know there is split between SSPXers on it and I don't want to get into that. I have read the arguments against and they are very well addressed elsewhere. I was wondering how I could post Valtorta quotes here when I am so moved to do so, without critics rushing in for a fight, and I see that the library section is the place to do that. A good place to read probably!

I gather that Bsp.Wmson is a proponent of these works but I know little of Wmson... except that he is controversial, well loved or well-condemned.  It seems to me, as an SSPX outsider, that many times SSPXers take a hardline approach to their opinions. Which is why I like what Matthew says about his approach here, a lot.

Bump! I couldn't find this thread in Google or CathInfo search. Very annoying.

Skimmed over this interview, very good, very interesting.  And I must agree that margarine is horrible.  My dear parents love the stuff and, until my father became an invalid, they bought vast quantities of it, and used it liberally.  When they moved in with me, we became "the house divided", margarine for them, butter for me.

I say "butter", but that may not be strictly speaking 100% correct --- I use Land O'Lakes spreadable button with olive oil, which at least is natural, back when I was having my grocer to shop for me online (early days of COVID when everything was pretty much closed to the public), one time they substituted LOL with olive oil for my usual LOL with canola, I said to myself "what are you maniacs trying to do to me? --- that stuff's going to be horrible!" --- only it wasn't.  It doesn't taste of olive oil at all.  I've used it faithfully ever since.

Cooking for a family of four, I have had to become a master "firehouse" chef out of necessity, and I am always on the lookout for things that will help me master my craft.  There will be different schools of thought on this, but Velveeta Cheese Sauce ($1 a pack from Dollar Tree) can bail out an otherwise dodgy meal like nothing else, and it is not horribly calorie-rich.  I get staples from DT when I can.  Got to save a dollar.

Wondering now, after three years, and so much has happened.  Have your perspectives changed since the interview, either for the positive or even the negative.  Example your attitude about margarine, BOD, sedevacantism, Dimond bros. R&R or even Bergolio, do you grace him with the Title of Pope?

Do you regret having left the seminary or choices you make in your career?
