  • I'm torn between being Catholic or Eastern Orthodox. I believe in the primacy of Peter, but I'm struggling with the Papacy. How do we know that HE is the successor of Peter? Also, how do we defend the denial of the cup to the laity prior to Vatican II? Jesus said we have to eat AND drink in order to obtain life?

  • REad chapter 12 of Daniel, the continual sacrifice will end.  The enemy knows the powers are the Precious Blood, and the enemy knows it takes a proper ordination.  The enemy is almost there and we are remnant.  How do we know the pope is pope?  You will know them by their fruits.  Outward manifest heretic against itself, the catholic church.  IF outwardly anyone can be saved, that is "the" sin that a pope can not have.  If a cardinal is elected and is outwardly heretical, the election is invalid.  That is where we are.  Windswept house by Malichi Martin tells it well.  Those at the top shook hands with Moscow/marxist and gave the church that christ founded over to the devil/ marxists.  All institutions, all charitable organizations support abortion and ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖity, it is destruction at it's worst.  We are going to calvary as Christ did.  when evil thinks that Christianity has been killed, Christ will come back.  We have to see just what it is like without Christ's Precious Blood which is in all the sacraments.

The Church has been very clear about this. BOTH Body and Blood are contained within the Host.

The Church has been very clear about this. BOTH Body and Blood are contained within the Host.

My monsignor (RIP) said it simply: The living Body cannot live without the Blood; therefore, the Blood is always present within the living Body.
"This principle is most certain: The non-Christian cannot in any way be Pope. The reason for this is that he cannot be head of what he is not a member. Now, he who is not a Christian is not a member of the Church, and a manifest heretic is not a Christian, as is clearly taught by St. Cyprian, St. Athanasius, St. Augustine, St. Jerome, and others. Therefore, the manifest heretic cannot be Pope." -- St. Robert Bellarmine

  • Your humility to ask for help in discerning His Truth is commendable and holy.

Another fine forum member posted a link to the site noted below earlier today and I've been exploring it off and on all day - forwarding to many family/friends who have limited knowledge of their birthright (thanks to the novus ordo).

I pray that this particular page may help:

  • Also, read this simple primer on the Sacrament of Holy Communion:

Are both the Body and Blood of Christ present under the appearances of bread alone?
Yes, it is the living Christ who is present; that is, His Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity are present both under the appearance of bread and under the appearance of wine.

  • Tradition tells us that he is the sucessoor of Peter. Archaeologists tell us that the tomb of Peter is directly below the high altar in St Peter's Basilica in Rome.
