    Yes , but Bp. Williamson is also the one who makes the confused claim that people can be Catholic and non-Catholic at the same time.

    • I mailed the monastery mentioned and they mailed me some relics. They sent me a locket and a beautiful medal, both with relics, and several other things. They were kind enough to mail these things to me from Italy free of charge.
