    • And guess what? Even with all the rain this last month, we're still under a burn ban (except on weekends)

    My grass grew about 4 inches in two days -- and yes, it's emerald green.

    I guess we'll have flood advisories and a burn ban simultaneously?

    Government can be so devoid of common sense...
