    • I am flying at 34,000 feet back to London from San Francisco and looking down at Post Falls, right now. Flight has wireless access and not many people are using it, obviously, because it is FAST.  17 buck for the whole flight.

    Technology is amazing.

    • Too bad you couldn't have stopped for a quick visit.  (I've visited several times, but the last was several years ago.)

    • Just crossed the 49th parallel.  Lakes around here have a ring of what looks like white salt around them.

    • I am looking down on a road that seems to be straight as far as the eye can see.  And it is a clear day, so that must be 100 or more miles at this altitude.  Canada....lynchpin of the English speaking world.
