That it is a worse sin to say something perceived to be racist or to smoke than to commit sodomy or kill babies?  It is.  Just updating you on the ways of the world.  Get with the program now.

I think this was a good post so I gave it an up-thumb.

    Thanks!
"I receive Thee, redeeming Prince of my soul. Out of love for Thee have I studied, watched through many nights, and exerted myself: Thee did I preach and teach. I have never said aught against Thee. Nor do I persist stubbornly in my views. If I have ever expressed myself erroneously on this Sacrament, I submit to the judgement of the Holy Roman Church, in obedience of which I now part from this world." In all charity, I say that blacks need to get a thicker skin if they want to play in the real world.

Have you noticed the violent reactions to any perceived slight?

  • Keep in mind that this is the Revolution's masterful employment of propaganda as a tactic to divide and conquer.

It is an ancient technique perfected by тαℓмυdized messianic Puritans who committed regicide, imposed republicanism, subverted the French and northern European protestants through pamphleteering and secured the French Revolution. It looked on as the Germans, especially by the mid-19th century, picked up the ball and spread it eastward to Russia (where it blended in with Enlightenment enchantments dear to Czar Alexander) after it had triumphed in the USA, exploiting neatly the Yankee abolitionist liberals' yen to destroy Southern culture and economics. In Russia, only a few decades later, a handful of Bolsheviks finally managed to re-brand it into a global revolution that, in a seventy year-long run, came very close at times to truly realizing its insane dream.

Despite all that, no "culture" has ever so quickly risen from destitution under slavery and gone on to so many economic, political and even "religious" accomplishments as have descendands of slaves in America. That is not to say, of course, that most of those achievements were Catholic, for they were not. But from a strictly demographic perspective, blacks in America (the self-motivated, self-disciplined and energetic ones) have in fact come further and faster than any other "group" or "culture" in world history.

Although there are probably 500 liberal blacks for every "conservative" representative of the race today, that political reality, too, is fairly recent.

Prior to LBJ's engineered decimation of the black family, in concert with the racist white elitists who hold the political purse strings, the crime rate, the productivity rate, the educational record and the religious observance rate among protestant blacks were literally the opposite of what one finds today, after fifty years of liberal political triumph.

Just as it is entirely arguable that by now America would have a majority Catholic electorate, had not LBJ and his paymasters not put paid to that notion, so is it arguable that racial relations in America would also be very slow news, year in and year out, as people simply went about their own business.

Too bad. But at least it's a reminder that liberalism is an evil so grave that few are willing to look it in the face, while most instead prefer to slough it off, hoping the next lash of the whip just doesn't strike too close to home.
