    • Is it a search engine robot, or something similar? Who knows.

    I doubt that we have THAT many people checking out CathInfo.com

    • It wouldn't surprise me, Matthew.  On the site where I am the Admin., we get numbers like that (although a little higher).  I think the search engine robots effect the number of page views more than the number of viewers.

    That said, I am pretty much an ignoramus when it comes to this stuff.

    • Did most of the users have similar IPs?

    If so, chances are it's a robot.

    Ignis Ardens had one the other day. IP begins 74.6. and the rest varies with each click.

    I googled it, and it's a Yahoo-bot called "Slurp Inktomi"!
