How do I embed a photo in a post?

click the icon IMG and place the URL there:

than click OK. URL is the address of the picture location

use the "copy image location" option when you right click on the photo you want to embed.

You used the wrong address. You copied the web address for the page that the picture is on, it won't work that way.

You need to right click on the actual picture on that page, select "Copy image location". That is the address you need to use.

It won't take pictures from your hard drive, they have to be taken from a web address - most people upload their photos to Photobucket or some other site then use that web address.

Thanks Stubborn, but when I right click on the photo there is no "copy image location". Any other ideas?

And here I was thinking I was the only one who had difficulty with this thing.

That's odd. What version of windows are you using?

When I right click your picture, the menu looks just like this and I click Copy image location:

When I right click your image, I get this address:
