I will surprisingly live 63.43 years approx.
If I sleep 7 hours a day I will increase my lifespan by nearly 5 years.

Why does it concern you how long you live? You are wasting valuable time and could be doing more productive things. What about your resolution?

Live as though you will die soon, then you are more likely to be ready for a happy holy death.

Something fun to do. We are having a relaxed day here. Mine said 83, but it doesn't take into account the exceptional longevity that runs in my family.

PS The Good God can take me whenever He sees fit, my life is entirely in His hands. I just ask to die in the state of grace.

No denying there aren't natural factors which God permits to contribute to an earlier death.
