One of them is big, deaf and friendly and never starts anything, the other is small, not deaf and always hisses at the other one.

How do I make the smaller one stop being so aggressive? It always gets chased away by the bigger one.

You think it'd learn to stop messing with the big one!

Cats is cats and there's nothing you can really do. They have to settle it, on their own cat terms.

The little one is scared of the big one for some reason, but the big one doesn't even show the slightest sign of agression.

If the big one was asleep, the little one would probably try to start something, then it would most likely get chased away, then do it again!

Are you dealing with an older cat vs. a younger cat?

I don't know how old the small one is, but the big one is at least 5 years old.
