Title: How are Communism and Anarchism connected?
Post by: CampeadorShin on October 04, 2006, 12:50:37 AM
I keep hearing things about both of them being connected, but it seems strange to me that anarchists would want to be buddies with commies.

Commies control everything, anarchists believe in no control.

Am I missing something here?

Anarchists help to unsettle the current order -- when everything's a mess, then you can set up a communist (dictator) government.

They say that the USA is SO close to communism, only the terminology is totally different.

Just read books like "The Naked Communist" and see HOW MANY of their goals have come to pass -- in this country!

Anarchy is a theory based on self control.  We are all natural anarchists in a sense.  Do I not commit murder because I fear reprisal from some temporal power or because I know that it is wrong?  The same goes for theft, etc.  I'm a monarchist, by the way, but those individuals whom I have met that espouse anarchist theory don't want a society based on no control.  They want a society based on self control.
