There is a very large PDF of extreme importance that I am having trouble downloading.

The PDF is over 3,000 pages in length and a little over 60 MB (whatever that means).

Click on 下载地址 will open up a new window and click download to download. If those 4 characters don't show up, here they are:

I clicked on 下载地址 , but no download was offered. If I can get the file I can shrink it considerably using Adobe Acrobat.

This computer is not showing the Chinese characters properly, so I'll try to explain it in more detail.

On the left side of that page there is a large body of text in black font color. Within this paragraph is the number "1628".

Directly underneath that text there is a row that has (in order): 5 green characters, 11 blue characters within brackets, some red characters within parenthesis, and 5 black characters followed by the number "580". The blue characters are a link to a pop-up that will have a button that says "Download" (in English). If you hover your mouse over those blue characters you should be able to click on it to get the pop-up.

I believe I found the file you want and downloaded it. I was able to reduce the file size from 66MB to 57.1MB.
