I've never had so much fun in my life at this sciene site. The clowns are actually in a hissy fit claiming that Aristotle thought the Earth to be flat. I think I am about to be banned.

After two posts and one day I was banned. but the fastest I was ever banned was 20 minutes from www.democraticunderground.com
for trying to expose the evil of sodomy.

Since D and I are banned, maybe someone else can go over to thenakedscientist and link to the two discussions that caused all the problems. They are( if they haven't been removed) in the Just Chat section. They are the only two posts I started over there b4 being banned.

Roscoe - did you do that for kicks and giggles? It seems like you wanted to pick a fight - or were you actually contemplating converting someone? It seems to me that if you were beating them over the head with the Catholic religion is right and science is more or less for the birds would antagonize them. Not to say that I don't agree with your posts. Interesting how they were upset primarily that you weren't "open" - psshaw, how open were they?

The way it started was that I offered $1000 to anyone who could provide even 1 name of someone who was executed by the Cath Church for alleging the Earth rev around the Sun and all hell broke loose. First they changed the title of the post to make it imply that there is a question as to whether this happened. This is disingenuous because until someone provides a name, there is no question. i wasn't necessarily trying to provoke a fight although that is inevitable between a Cathoic and a science site. In addition, it's not that I was saying science is for the birds, but that science is compatable with Scripture and the Tradition of Holy Church. This was also my purpose in pointing out the nature of Diatonic Harmony and where it comes from. This drove them crazy. Are my two posts still up at the site?-- they were in the Just Chat area.

And yes it was funny how they described me as intolerant while banning me at the samr time.
