  • Which prophecy was it that spoke of a/the Pope as imprisoned? Was it a pope imprisoned in a/the Vatican specifically?

    Whose prophecy was this?

Are there more than one that mentions this?

  • Seventh Day Adventists make a big deal about 1798, when Pope Pius VI
was taken prisoner by Napoleon's forces. They say that ended 1260 years
of Papal reign, and that it is in Daniel's prophecy. It's all baloney, except
that the Pope was indeed taken prisoner after refusing to renounce his
temporal authority. The Third Secret of Fatima, if indeed revealed,
speaks of the Pope (read link: http://www.deepspace4.com/pages/prophecy/fatima/fatima.htm)
but not as a prisoner. If you are interested in Fatima conspiracy theories
get a copy of Antonio Socci's book:

  • Okay, I found one by Don Bosco, but that's not the one I was thinking of...

    Anyone have ideas?
