    It costs nothing to take the precaution of changing passwords.

    May I also recommend that people consider using:
    (1) more secure offshore email services (e.g., unseen.is , protonmail.ch );
    (2) PGP or GnuPG; and
    (3) private VPN (e.g., nordvpn.com )?
