  • Anyone from Hawaii?

I am curious what the state of Traditional Catholicism is in Hawaii. I know of the story of the Hawaii Six; but, I haven't heard of anything else from Hawaii.

I have seen there's diocesan Latin Masses in Honolulu and Maui.  On the SSPX website it lists a mass in Honolulu and Hilo.  I was on vacation on the Big Island and learned too late that the mass was changed - the website had the wrong time.

Hawaii has a very large Filipino population.  I'm surprised there aren't more Tridentine Masses there.

Hawaii is rapidly getting very, very costly - capital, resources, etc. Having to import everything from the US mainland and demand going up while supply is stagnant/down and space limited makes the cost of living exorbitant.

I don't think they can afford anything else.
